Tenants sometimes blame maintenance for the conditions of the property, but they only fix what's available with the supplies available. Great job guys !"

"Although the property has gone through many challenges within management on every level imaginable. I have had an extremely good experience since moving onto properties in 2010 and that was in two different buildings AND during COVD. Unfortunately my mother was also a resident until her death. The staff was very empathetic during her illness and former maintenance were always there to lend a helping hand if they saw her struggling to get her mail. To sum it up, I was able to not move one but two apartments with the consideration of the death of my mother and other personal belongings and business that I had to attend to that the management worked with me to get this process done so it was time. I would love to give a shout out to a couple of people Carmen, Sarah,and Cody. These three were on point from day one. I wish Codie the very best on his next adventure of life. Trails was a better place with you working here.."
"Last week I had issue with my locks and Saquan came fix my door knob change my locks for me and fix my other issue. Through out the whole process he was such gentleman. Was very Polite and knows exactly what he is doing. In my opinion I whole heartedly believe he should be supervisor for maintenance. Unfortunately I have a really terrible experience with Cody who is the supervisor. He doesn’t even know what mold is. I do think Cody needs to be educate on mold. As well Cody shouldn’t give out his personal cell phone number to the tenants if he is going be disrespectful and not fixed the issue and lie on tenants as well. Cody is very unprofessional and tends to show up to attempt to fix things after office hours which made me feel super uncomfortable and unsafe."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Since day 1, of moving to this property it has been nothing but a headache. I have never experienced such a mismanaged property in my life! On move-in day (early July) our place was not ready. It was filthy (dust, cobwebbs, and dead and live bugs), broken things, dirty carpet, trash, and the shower was yellow from not being resurfaced in years! We gave them 10 days to fix all of the problems and when we officially moved-in things were still not fixed completely. Because these people DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE or follow-up with updates, my husband and I had to go to the office almost everyday in the month of July and in early August. The last item was not taken care of until Aug 21!!!! It is September and we are still having issues. There are bugs everywhere! We've had the unit sprayed twice, and are still seeing bugs daily. Currently, we have water leaking in our bathroom whenever we run the washing machine. Initially, maintenance said it was coming from the neighbor (never even checked our place to make sure), the issue still continued and has caused mold to build up in our bathroom. They said our water heater was leaking and it would be replaced in a week. It's been 2 going on 3 weeks now. Saving the most incompetent experience for last... The “maintenance supervisor” came to our unit one day around 5pm to change 3 things, the shower knob, the knob on our shed, and our blinds. At 5pm he removed both knobs and left to get replacements. He did not come back to our unit until 8pm (WHY?? I have not clue). He put the shower knob back on, then removed the blinds to replace them. He did not have the correct blinds, so he left AGAIN to find others. He left our bedroom window (which faces the front of our home) COMPLETELY EXPOSED for an HOUR AND A HALF! When he came back he still did not have the correct blinds and put the old blinds back up. He left again to get the new knob/lock for the shed. He knocked on our door at 10:40pm to let us know he was finished. I have never seen anyone do maintenance work this inefficiently before and sooo late after work hours, for a non-emergency issue. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF from non-stop complaining and headaches. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!"
