"THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. They’ve had 3 Different Property Managers In Office Since November. The First 2 Were Great And Always Answered The Phone And Got Back With You. The Current Is Never In Office And Never Answers The Phone. They Need Help But Said They Will Only Hire If You Know Spanish But They Have A Girl In There Who Is Never There And Never Dresses Professionally And Doesnt Speak Spanish. It Looks Like She Just Wakes Up And Goes To Work. They Have Roaches And Have Not Tried To Do Anything About It. The Move In Specials Are Rip Offs. 2 Property Managers Quit Due To It Being A Hassle To Them As Well. Renovations Were POORLY DONE. I Would Not Recommend These To Anyone, It Is NOT WORTH the Price. Cars Have Been Stolen And Broken Into, People Argue Through Out The Property YELLING ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT. The Walls Are Very Thin. I Didn’t Have A Microwave Until The First Week I Moved In And No Mailbox Key Until 2 Months Later."

"A couple issues I want to raise: There is a constant smell of weed and cigarettes coming in from other apartments. Multiple requests to address it have gone unanswered. The first week I moved in, there was a stabbing in my building. I was told not to worry because it was a domestic issue and not a random occurrence. Shortly after, I was woken out of a dead sleep by two gunshots. They were so close, I could feel the shot shake my bed. As I’m writing this, it’s 11:48PM on a Sunday night. Someone is throwing a party and the cops just pounded on the door telling them to turn in down. Shortly after, the music was turned back up…."

"If I could rate a zero, I would. These apartments weren't properly renovated. The renovaters and maintenance crew did hack job fixes and the neighbor across the hall had a ring camera pointed directly in our apartment so every time our door was open, she could see everything inside. Very awkward. The windows didn't properly open, close, nor lock and was cracked. The washers and dryers they advertise didn't work. None of them worked. So you still have to go to a laundromat. They reply to reviews on here and apologize, but don't do anything to fix any situation. They're offering a grand for people to move in because they know they are not good apartments and do a terrible job at maintaining the property. There are other apartment complexes in the area that are much better. Not worth the 1200 for a one bedroom. Ripoff"

"Lived here only two and a half months, theres paint splatters everywhere, the window was already broken, my bathroom ceiling leaked dirty water, my bathtub is detaching from the wall, the tub faucet was/is dirty rusty and moldy, now just last night my ceiling light completely fell out of the ceiling. This coupled with me only getting my mail key 2 months after I moved and the poor service during that endeavor lead me to STRONGLY recommend living elsewhere. Maintenance guy in all of these instances just looks at the problem goes yeah thats bad and calls someone else or gives up. I received a discount on the rent after posting a review elsewhere, but this one is a much needed update. DO NOT LIVE HERE!"

"DO MOT MOVE HERE !! First off , upon move in my apartment was filthy with bugs & tools left on the counters and in the sinks I never received a house key until the day after I moved in so my door was open because my keys weren’t ready. I waited 3 hours outside because the leasing agents were late for move ins . I moved in July 22 2023 and my dishwasher was broke. My electricity in the living room and kitchen was broke. My plumbing in the bathroom & kitchen was broke which led both to leak. My room floor carpets are lifted up ( you can tell they rushed the whole unit) . My door knob in my bathroom was put in wrong so the door doesn’t close. My door knob in my room was broke , I took it off and fixed it myself. Upon move in my A/c was broke so they replaced it. It took me a week and a half to get a key. I’ve been complaining since move in and pet to the lease they have 48 hours to address your concern and for me it took 2 weeks and 4 days. The office was very non-chalant throughout my whole moving process. I found multiple roaches inside of my unit. I made a complaint about maintenance coming in my apartment trying to flirt with me after I said I had a boyfriend ( on my video camera that he didn’t see) & my voice wasn’t heard. I was told he was fired by a third party not even the complex but nobody ever reached out to me to apologize for the unpleasant unprofessionalism. I had to stay with a friend the first 2 weeks due to the condition of my “ renovated apartment ” & the uncomfortable energy here which is very unfortunate. This has been the WORST move in I’ve ever experienced in my life. Now on August 5th , 7th & 12th I’ve emailed the regional Manager E smith about my concerns and that’s when she finally came out and walked my apartment and they fixed most the issues the next day. She said “ I will reach out to you tomorrow about crediting your apartment, I have to speak with the higher up after evaluating your apartment again “. Nobody ever reached out. I’ve been contacting them so much I started to get depressed and discouraged as a woman who voice isn’t being heard. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. No matter how GREAT they sound please do not stay here , you will have problems. I hope this can help the next person as I was bamboozled and left dry with no responses. I no longer want the credit for the 3 week inconvenience of nothing working. I will now be taking legal action for false advertisement & sexual harassment."
