"Soooooo glad I read the reviews. They are awful and I couldn’t imagine living here. I am in the middle of putting in my application, but tomorrow I am calling and canceling it. I can’t believe all the awful reviews these apartments have. I am so disappointed, because the outside looks really nice and the community in the day time seemed nice. I really had my hopes up about moving here, but not after reading the reviews. One up side. The office assistant is really nice and was really helpful."

"Since I’ve been here I’ve seen a drastic change. Since new management has came, nothing gets done in a timely manner. Maintenance does a half job, it’s been three most since pest control has came out and remind you we pay monthly for pest control. It now seems like there are no standards here. Things were getting upgraded and unfortunately that has stopped. They are now allowing any and everyone to move in. The buildings are starting to look terrible, neighborhood is going downhill, and I was actually happy when I first moved here in March and now I feel like I’ve made a huge mistake! Update 11/14/2023 It has gotten worse. I pay for pest control and still don’t see them every month. Buildings are becoming dirty, nothing is being fixed AND LETS NOT GET STARTED ON THE PEST…. I can’t wait for my lease to be up this place has gone to hell!"

"As a low income family, we had high hopes in the beginning when moving here and were accepted quickly. The apartments were clean and managment was friendly, but now things have taken a major turn. Problems that will go ignored for months on end, such as black mold, broken ac, improperly installed appliances, faulty wiring, bugs, etc, despite calling, emailing, or filling out maintenance forms. Our ac has been broke for over 2 and a half months (currently 82° in the house and 83° outside) we are met with multiple excuses on end, or simply ignored entirely. Things have only gotten worse due to negligence and not wanting to deal with issues. Our power bill has sky rocketed due to having to keep fans on and because the ac runs 24/7 since thats the only air, and its now not even cold and the ducts are collapsed. When told there was roaches, they said we have to wait till the next month, so we had to buy our own poison. Wiring was done improperly when they remodeled, and we told them (over a year ago when it happened) and nothing was done. Our vanity light only strobes now, and we have no light at all in the bathroom. Black mold in the ceilings and shower, and bedroom windows due to windows not having proper seals (we've told them this months ago and still bring it up and are told they will get to it) halls and breezeways used to be cleaned once a week and now rarely are clean. Always littered with food, trash, or literal feces (which they've waited days to do anything about when told). This is absolutely unacceptable and nothing is being done."

"The staff at the Landings are prompt and take pride in making sure that we, the tenets are taking care of when we come to them. They stop to listen no matter if you stop them in the parking lot, send an email or stop in the office; They always make sure to assist in anyway that they can. The office manager Jenelle and and maintenance man, Jonathan jumped right on an issue I was having in my apartment and got it handled right away."
