"I loved the front desk staff. The room was ok. People in the halls seemed to constantly slam doors. My only real complaint was the price- very high for the quality of the hotel."

"Room was nice. Beds were a bit hard for my taste and the pillows were not the greatest but service was superb. My only major complaint was that internet speeds were very lacking. Only 4-5 Mbps down via Ethernet. Overall though, I was pleased with the stay."

"We had stopped for the night and had to try 3 rooms before we got one where the AC worked or the floor was not soaked. The coffee was cold, the rooms severely outdated and the elevator seemed unsafe. Will not be staying again. Seriously reconsidering my IHG membership because I don’t feel treated as one. Also the kids jumping up and down all night had a better time than I did."

"Unfortunately spent two nights here, as part of a wedding booking, this hotel was an absolute mess, stay away if you can. When we arrived we had a room on the fourth floor which was currently being steam cleaned but smelled heavily of chemicals, after unpacking our power went out in our room, we went down to tell the front desk and they just gave us a new room cause no one was available to fix it. Our next room we were greeted by bugs (tick, stinkbugs and ladybugs), we then got our third and final room which had a toilet that was running non stop, other guests in our party had holes in walls, mold in carpet, wall trim completely coming off wall, showers that were dripping or wouldn’t turn off completely, to be honest I don’t know how a corporate chain such as holiday inn can allow this location to display there name. 2nd worst hotel experience I have ever had."

"I visited this location recently. I booked online late in the evening. When I arrived the hotel is in a very rundown and unpleasant area. The hotel was not clean. There was trash in the elevator and everything was just worn. I went to my room and when I came in I discovered bugs. I don't know for sure what they are but I did not even put my stuff down. I went back to the desk and then left. Bottom line, this property is not up to HIE standards and I was very disappointed in my experience and would avoid it at all costs."
