"Do not use your credit or debit card here! Someone by the name of Charese Cobb and Amber Lynn defrauded my account and are definitely connected to this hotel. Scammers are doing business at this hotel and stole my money in 10 unauthorized transactions.I was in room 103 and look at the transaction that Econo Lodge ran my card then gave my card to the scammers."

"Rooms were nice and all. But the housekeepers I’ve heard them cuss up the storm all morning while trying to sleep. They come knocking on my door I say one second I’m pregnant keep in mind. I said “ ma’am im in bed” and she shuts the door and says to someone “damn she’s still in bed at almost 11am”. So for the lady that said that I’m 3 months pregnant didn’t get sleep cause ur to busy running your mouth cussing about others. I don’t appreciate the disrespect when I was nice to you. Didn’t do anything to you nor did anyone else you been cussing about. I can hear you through a door keep that in mind next time."

"The young lady Chelcie who works front desk is amazing. She’s very sweet and respectful. Also she is very patient. Considering the people nowadays she deserves a raise. My overall stay was great thanks to her."

"A hotel is reviewed by its customer services, the woman on the evening shift is to be commended on her professionalism and willingness to assist with hotel issues as they arose , The third shift receptionist never answered the hotel phone after midnight even into the early morning hours , I physically called eight times for no one to answer or come to the front door as I knocked several times , I travel the world and regularly give great reviews, but this Econo Lodge I was highly disappointed in the services from the third shift employee, for she was truly Ghost . Absent ."

"A.c. did not work, room smelled like urine, shower head barely put out water from lack of pressure refrigerator did not even cool enough for a bottle of water not to mention all the noise. Asked for a refund for the rest of the days. Paid ahead for a week but after 2 days couldn't take it any more. Was told no and front desk staff was rude and very condescending. This place is A DUMP!!! Very dirty and nasty. Oh and the door to the room did not even come all the way down to the floor. You could literally see outside from the bottom. That is where the bugs were coming in I'm sure. Don't waste your money.. This place should be shut down due to bacteria and unsafe airborne pathogens!!!!! Wish I could give them a -5 star review...."
