"I just resigned my lease! This place has been making a turn-around since Darlene and Candy began managing. This place is better than it's given credit, and the efforts being put into the renovations have been impressive. If the reviews are scary, they're also a little outdated. Good Luck!"

"Lived at 34 north 2 years. Pros.. 2 bedroom renovated apartment I lived in was nice and spacious. (The rent was a fair price for the amount of space) For the most part quiet. Never a parking issue. Location is great. Everything so close. New management (Darlene) is getting things back in order. Her team seems to really care. Maintenance is on top of the repairs. Looking better every day. Cons.. no pool for the two years I lived there. However, they were working on it when I moved. So, should not be a problem. Mail boxes very small. Don't expect any packages to fit in mailbox. All in all not a bad place to live."

"Hey guys! I just wanted to give Darlene and her staff props for all of the hard work they are putting in around here. So many times in life we run across people who are great at talking about all the wonderful things they are going to do with no action to back it up. Well, Darlene is actually doing what she says she is going to do. I have heard from other tenants how the pool has not been open and operating in 3 years! Well I see where that's fixing to open again and it looks absolutely amazing. I hope y'all continue to do the right thing by your tenants and know that myself and a lot of other hardworking honest people are going to be proud and happy to call this place home again and we could not appreciate y'all more! "Don’t move here!!! Darlene is very unhelpful and most definitely unfriendly. I put in a work order 2months ago and nothing has been fulfilled. My air doesn’t work properly, my ceiling is falling to the floor, I have wood rotting, bats in my ceiling… the horror continues. I’ve even experienced racism here, it was very much undeserved. I’ve only lived here approximately 3 months and have been told so many lies. I do NOT recommend moving here… I had to come to this complex on a whim due to needing a place fast moving from another state. I regret my quick decision!"
