"They are using covid to be lazy and not take care of the residents needs. They have a sign on the door telling the public to call and leave a message and they will get back to you when they have a chance to. Ill bet rent is still due on the 1st though."

"Just need someone to ask if any units available. Actually need 4 units if available for clients. I have not been able to get in contact with anybody. Called both numbers, left 3 messages and tried contacting United property the owners. I would take this down if they contact me Fingers crossed."

"The three months that I have been here, five of my neighbors have been evicted, the police have had to come out four times, I have had three problems as far as maintenance, and there hasn't been anyone in the office most days to take rent. I am starting to really wonder about the longevity and safety of this place. I recently learned that before I moved in there was a problem with meth at the apartments next door but I was told how safe they were when I moved into the place. The minute the lease is up, I am gone. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is my opinion that they are unsafe, unstable, and nothing more than corporate run slum lords. Don't be fooled by the outside, it's the only good thing about them, in my opinion. I don't think I am alone on this."
