"Goodmorning yes, this place is a scam they will take your money and will give you hard time. They are not polite at all, I recently had a situation, they added more money to my rent then they were suppose to because they claim I did not have renters insurance which was a lie and forwarded the documents to there email, 5 days went by they still had not solve my issue. When I went to confront them they locked me out the office and callled the police. the white lady is very much racist, and very rude, she inserted her self into the conversation me and the black lady in the office was having. She proceeded to tell me to get out, get out which was very rude and unprofessional. I will be contacting others and letting them know this is no the place to live. The police came to knock on my door harassing me as if I was criminal. I did commit a crime at all, I have the right to voice my opinion, I did not threaten her, I did not harm her in any way. This is the worst and rudest place to stay. They do not care about their tenants at all. They are very messy and I am so unsatisfied with the behavior. To call the cops on me was very disturbing but I will be spreading this to each and every person I know especially this summer! So thank you for your time if your reading this please know that I am 22 years old trying to survive and the people in the office have no remorse or sympathy for how they treat people. Please what ever you do please be careful where you choose to stay. Fayetteville has plenty of other options that will give you a better experience!"

"The staff is great. Kayak is very sweet and is always smiling. Laquae is super sweet I call her my cousin. Angel is simply that an angel. She has great customer service and has resolved any issue that I have ever had. Crystal is so down to heart and makes me feel welcome everytime!! She’s the bomb! They all are. Maintenance has always resolved any and every issue I have had very fast! I love it here!!"

"My husband and I had a good experience living here. They offer short term leasing which was perfect for our needs. Clean, open floor plan apartments. Neighbors were cordial. Negative reviews are mostly from people who don't pay their rent on time which was never an issue for us. If there was any downside for me it would be the laundry rooms which seem to have broken machines a lot of the time. I was able to quickly get a refund for lost money in the machines so no hard feelings there. Pretty quiet area and close to everything Fayetteville has to offer."
