"Not a safe complex to live in anymore. I've had people trying to kick in my door multiple times over the last three months. Having to work crazy overtime at work just so we can afford to move as fast as possible."

"I have been a tenant at Bristol Park Apartments since May 2022. The maintenance staff has been great about promptly fixing any repairs. I recently had a medical situation that precluded me from safely transversing the 3 flights of stairs to my apartment. I contacted the front office (while still in the hospital) and spoke to Kris S who worked with me on obtaining a 1st floor apartment. She was so professional and polite. She made the transfer of apartments hassle free. This stressful time for me was made much more tolerable thanks to Kris and the Bristol Park Management. The maintenance staff, headed by Danny, has also been quick to respond all requests. The complex is mostly military so it is relatively quiet which I love. Thanks again Kris, you are the best!! This just happened today (10.11.23): I came home from a doctor’s visit and had an Edible Arrangement delivery at my door. It was from the Bristol Park Community sending me well wishes and get well soon. This was total welcomed surprise and very much appreciated."

"I've been leasing with Bristol Park community since November of 2022. Even though this is a small community, management has always been pleasant, professional, prompt, and fair particularly our time with Kris and Raya (in management). I haven't had any issues with my 2 Bed 2 Bath unit, the property or management which is a huge plus for me. I recommend this property for singles as well as families as it is very family friendly. Thank you guys for the wonderful living experience."

They host fun resident events from pool parties to bingo! You’ll have the best time at Bristol Park. Their amenities include being a gated community with a 24-hour fitness center, dog park, pool, playground, car wash area and garages available for rent!"
