"Phil at the Southpoint Peloton store really gave some of the best customer service that I've experienced from any store in my entire life. We decided to not go through with getting a peloton tread after having gone through Affirm, which peloton uses as a financing option. We cancelled our peloton order the same day. Three months went by and affirm was still showing that we owed 3k for a treadmill that had been cancelled by Peloton back in September (it is now mid-November). We called the Southpoint store and Phil was willing to stay on the line with us from the get go even though he was juggling incoming front of store customers. The whole ordeal over the phone lasted for 65 minutes and we didn't even have to mention our concerns to Affirm because Phil took charge. Affirm did seem to be blowing us off a little bit as far as getting an answer on what would happen with the loan, but Phil stepped up and voiced our concerns to the Affirm Rep without us even having to step in! By the end, Phil was able to give us peace of mind by way of communicating with the affirm rep that the loan would be cancelled and that we wouldn't owe anything! This kind of personability and customer care is very rare. While he is one of the managers, Peloton should feel privileged to have someone with his intelligence and likability. Simply put, if there was a Phil in every store in America, there would be more 5 star reviews. Unfortunately there is not. Peloton Higher Ups, if you are reading this, do not loose this man, and please give him a raise!"

"I own peloton tread and bike+. Might get the row next Love the content and the quality of the products. So convenient to work out at home than having to drive and go to the gym. Not to mention gym memberships are keep going up post covid"

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I wonder how this place is even in business. The women who run this are rude and condescending to customers. Do not want to show you the bikes unless they feel you are affluent enough to buy one. No wonder Pelotonstock has nosed dived to the lows of lows. Someone in the corporate office in NY is not minding the stores. For example, the woman we spoke to about a bike is better fit to be a greeter at a Funeral home than selling bikes. She was very sober and looked us up and down. No sales skills were shown what so ever. Later talked to the Manager on the phone. She was no better help and I could see why this store is such a wreck. Peloton do us a favor and close this worthless underperforming store and set the workers free to go work in a funeral home as greeters where they will excel. It will be nice to have a new business fill that space with good friendly sales people."
