Reviews
"I felt incredibly unwelcome in this store. Never have I ever been so grossly mistreated in my whole life. It was a disgustingly racist environment and I will never be going back. I was unfairly treated by both the customers and the staff. We were given dirty looks and talked down to the entire time we were there. They wouldn’t even let us show each other our outfits in the fitting rooms. We were the only non-white people in the store and the difference in treatment was shocking. The white girls before us in line were treated so much better than we were. If we were white they probably would’ve been kind to us too."
"My experience at this location was absolutely disgusting. I’m a teenage girl and my friend and I wanted to try out some clothes. It was our first time at this specific location, and the staff made us feel extremely unwelcome for the color of our skin. While waiting to try on clothes we were glared at by the staff, and when we told him our names he looked disgusted. I don’t know if he thought we were white or something, but upon hearing we were Indian he treated us extremely rudely (keep in mind this is a grown man being rude to a teenage girl). We were also the only nonwhite people in the store, which is I believe was a factor. Not only that, but after we tried on clothes a different staff member came up to us and asked us to give her the clothes. It seemed like she believed that there was absolutely no way that we would be buying any of items we had picked up (even though we were). It was honestly a horrid experience and I highly recommend you go to a different location. Unless you’re a white woman, don’t expect to be treated with any common courtesy here."
"As a frequent shopper at Lululemon, I am accustomed to experiencing excellent customer service when I visit a Lululemon store. This experience was the exact opposite. The staff were indifferent and in general ignored their customers. Also, other stores are more inclusive and have sizes for multiple body types. This store only had sizes up to 14. Instead of buying a jacket and leggings from Lulu as planned, I ended up going to Fabletics and made my purchase there. Do better"
"Wonderful service! I wanted a new bra to match a pair of leggings for my pilates classes, but I couldn't remember what color I had ordered! Lydia was super helpful in color-matching the leggings I brought in. I feel so put together going to my classes now!"
"I feel silly posting a review for a clothing store, but this location is hands down the BEST LLL location in the Triangle. The staff is so friendly and there's diversity amongst the staff. This includes ages, genders, sizes, ethnicities, etc. I've been in locations with cookie cutter staff with not so friendly attitudes, leading me to leave empty handed. I will happily support the Southpoint location even if they refuse to kick me out as I purchase stuff I do not need (sarcasm)."
