"I would give zero or negative if I get choice. Simple transaction of return associate made it so difficult that I walked out because my 3 year old got tired of waiting. It clearly showed from her face that she didn’t want to do that transaction."

"My daughter and I had an extraordinarily good experience at the Gap at Southpoint today. Wendy helped my daughter pick out clothes for well over an hour. Not only did she help pick them out, but she talked to my daughter about how to wear them, what styles were popular and guided her to styles that were flattering. Wendy provided the best customer service I've had in a store in a long, long time. The Gap is very lucky to have her!"

"Associate from another store in the mall, went to go grab boxes for transfers today, stood there twiddling my thumbs for about 10 minutes before i get snapped at by a female manager asking me to go lead other customers to another register.... Then again a second time after i don’t respond.. “Uhm, i don’t even work here..” shows how well you know who you have working in your store which shows a lack of knowledge of your team. Kind’ve offensive. Get it a bit more together."

"Beware of UNMARKED Final Sales! I recently bought a pair of pants at this Gap store and when I went to return them the associate told me they were "final sale". When I told her they were not marked final sale she told me that they were marked final sale on my receipt! Obviously that is ridiculous - I can't see the receipt until AFTER I buy the pants! I asked to speak to a manager who told me "okay, I'll give you a refund this time only!" I agree with the previous reviewer who said the managers at this store are very condescending. When I suggested that they put up a sign to let customers know when items are final sale she rudely replied "we can't put up signs for every single little thing!" Wow. I would definitely steer clear of this store, and the Gap in general!"
