"The 2 stars is for the customer service. They were nice but all of 4 pair of sk8 hi shoes I tried on were obviously returns or had other marks and blemishes. I want to buy a brand new pair of shoes that look brand new. Definitely disappointed considering my previous experience with Vans."

"Kiddos had a blast! Aidan was the bomb! Someone right before us got the boys fitted for their first pair of skate shoes. They recently started learning and going to the skate park so this is such a life long experience they will remember and Aidan did such a good job interacting with the kids and even gave them stickers at the end. He was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. When you go in - be sure to ask for him. Thank you Aidan!"

"Great experience. I enjoy Van's as a brand. Not too fond of the new type with the removable sole though. That's not a store choice though. The guy was really knowledgeable and helpful, he did a great job even with there being a lot of people in the store. He should get a raise."
