"The store looks to be in the middle of a remodel. It's trying to look a bit more upscale. The associates could use a few lessons in customer service though. None of them acknowledged me as I walked around the store. Now I realize why I haven't shopped here in years."
"Has undergone a recent renovation, but it is still very difficult to find items and staff seem to actively avoid interacting with customers. In some departments, where staff help is absolutely needed (like garden/holiday area (big/heavy items)), staffing is very low. However, when you do find someone, they are very nice."
"I came here knowing I would find exactly what I needed, which was great. However, the service wasn't ideal; when asking someone if they could help me find the item, they told me their English wasn't very good(indicating that they could not help). They did not offer to find me someone else, and seemed somewhat amused. When I asked, another employee was able to help with quick guidance and knew where the item was located. This was great, but it was odd when they started laughing loudly. The greeter at exit was Santana, who was quiet but offering a positive word. The store was bright and well stocked, but perhaps next time will be a more pleasant experience."
