"I purchased something from the store in Concord Mall. Unfortunately it didn’t work out and it needs to be returned. I live closer to the location at Carolina Place Mall. I have been to this store on THREE separate occasions at different times of the day and every single time I come it’s closed. The first time there was a sign on the door that said lunch break but no one had been back in over an hour. The second time it was closed all together and when I spoke to a Lids employee at the other store he stated that someone didn’t come in for their shift. Now I am here again today at 3:52pm and there’s another sign that says “lunch break”. I am going to wait today since I have the time to see how long it takes for someone to come back but this is 100% unacceptable. At this point the store just needs to close permanently!"

"Large store with a great selection for all of us sports lovers. I needed a specific shirt so called ahead. They not only had the shirt but held it at the counter for me since it's extremely popular. Very friendly staff helped us find a matching hat. A big plus: right now they have buy 1 get the other 1/2 off!!!!"
