"I tried to do a return a week later with the same person I bought the shoes from. My aunt who is a senior citizen list the receipt and they will not allow any type of exchange. This was our second pair we purchased in the last 2 weeks and no one has asked for an email or phone number."

"Upon entering in the Carolina Place Mall Finish Line we seen 3 of the same shoes priced at $160, $160, & $70. We were assisted by a sales associate and she seen the shoes pricing as well. We told her the sizes we wanted and she then proceeded to speak with a member of her management. After going to retrieve the 3 pairs of the Nike Air 97 and we tried them on the associate rung up one pair. She stated rhe total price was $168.**. My mother in law asked what happened to the $70 price. The manager who spoke with us stated the shoe was missed marked. This was never told to us prior to retrieving the shoes from the back that the shoes were at the $160 price. We were then approached by another employee who failed to properly explain what should have taken place. It just really is sad where this Finish Line has a group of ignorant Black humans working with the public Very disrespectful and inappropriately dressed for the business. "I made a purchase on line and have the hardest problem with order when I did my return. The manager Tiffani was soooooo helpful. She called into customer service to make sure the correct amount was refunded and went above and beyond her job. After almost 30-45 minutes I left there I left there with my order being corrected and my Winners Circle account was corrected. Just wanted to give KUDDOS to this particular establishment and the staff!!"
