"Went shopping for drapes. They had a good selection but didn't have what I was looking for. I will add I considered one pair of drapes. They were "On Sale". Price was 39.99. There was another price behind the supposed sale price. I pulled it out and to my surprise the original price was 29.99. I know that retail sale prices are not always on sale. So when looking for a deal check behind the actual sale price it is not always a deal. FYI I bought the same drapes from Wayfair for 29.99."

"Employees did not know what sweaters were! Cashiers were entirely too slow pushing credit card sales. I waited in line and I was the 3rd person in line for an hour. Store was disheveled and junkie. Had to walk wayyy across the store to even find the cashier. I wished the store in Rock Hill didn't close cause it was a nice store and well organized with competent people working there."

"Mom got everything she wanted and more. The sales associate in the jewelry department was very helpful. The checkout person was very nice and credited her coupons. I was impressed by the wide selection of sizes especially in the small petite and extra small sizes. Everything was in order and easy to find."

"I ordered a smaller purse to take on a trip. I did carry it 2 or 3 times. But like most women I change my purses out. Did not have a clue that even though I did not know it wouldn't be accepted as it was purchased pass 2 months ago. To begin with I couldn't find anybody working so I went to the floor below me and was told to go up to customer service. I get the customer service and no one's there after waiting 30 minutes I found another clerk finally that was running a register. She said sorry no returns no cash back your receipt is over 2 months old. I normally carry my purses over years.. And I have used penny's since 1970. That has now come to an end I will not use any of their products nor shop in your stores ever again. At age 70 I know there are other stores that stand behind their products. One of the straps came loose already and the other 1 was showing that it was happening soon. Do not buy this product. It is very poor quality. I'm done with Penny's."
