"I can’t believe I was profiled today at the this store that. I have. shopped several times, before and never felt more uncomfortable than I did today I’m in retail myself but have never profiled anyone I came To Shop and I already had other shopping bags in my hand so you could clearly see I was shopping two guy employees kept walking down the side aisles were I sat down trying on shoes one guy with a red shirt and a tall guy with long hair and a black sweatshirt with tattoos everywhere Neither one of them greeted more asked me if I needed any help or did I need a certain shoe size but just kept watching me as if I was going to steal You should never profile people based off the color of their skin and if anyone else they have made feel that way when you walk in there you should definitely contact corporate like I will be doing .tomorrow morning ."

"It's a shoe store that sells shoes if you need a cheap shoe at inflated prices then marked down to seem like your getting a bargain this place might be your kind of store. A pair of shoes I recently bought at a different store at 50.00 was priced at 150.00 but marked down tp 65.00. I guess if you need them it's a good price if you are unable to walk 5 minutes to another shoe store"

"We went and looked at shoes for my wife and daughter. You were having a red dot sale and we noticed that the red dots were only on some shoes and not others. For example, a New Balance shoe would have the red dot on a size 11 but not on a size 10. The same shoe but just different sizes. I went and asked an employee how this worked and Marquis said that it was only the shoes that have the red dot on it. I told him that it didn’t make sense that the same shoe would have the red dot on some but not others. He said that they were different colors and things. I told him not they were just different sizes. He said that he didn’t know as he only worked there. This raised red flags as I was just trying to figure out what was on sale and what wasn’t but he couldn’t tell me of the reasoning of why the same shoe had some that were and others that weren’t. We found a shoe that my wife liked but there was only one shoe in the box. We went and looked and some of the same shoe had both shoes in the box and others didn’t. I went and asked Marquis if we could get the other shoe so my wife could try it on and he said no. He said, “you will get the shoe when you pay for it” I asked why as my wife wanted to make sure that both shoes felt good on her feet and he said that it was because people steal shoes. I asked if there was any way that we could get the other shoe so my wife could try them on and make sure that they fit right and he still refused. We made our purchase and left. It was a very disappointing experience and Marquis was quite rude to me and very unprofessional. He seemed that he was bothered by me asking questions. I will not be returning to this store. UPDATE - I reached out and contacted Customer service at the email provided in the response but never heard anything back"
