The checkout was quick for the most part and the cashier was also kind. As we left they said goodnight and even directed us to another shop we were looking for in the mall."

"Very nice store, awesome selection and super clean!!! The associate that helped me was amazing! Very knowledgeable about the sizing, pricing, and styles! However, the manager was really completely rude! As someone who currently works in retail, I understand how the workers use headsets to communicate but it is completely inappropriate for a worker (LET ALONE A MANAGER) to talk negatively about a CUSTOMER while the associate is helping still helping them. The workers were great but due to the management I will not be returning."

"Two weeks ago I purchased a pair of shoes for my husband, before our vacations so it took him till yesterday before he went to exchange because were a bit small for him. so the same exactly shoes were 30 dollars off, when the guy did the transaction it shows the discount and then it come back to the 170 price. He said because it was only an exchange we can't get the discount, so my husband ask him to fully return the money and then he will pay as a new purchase to get the discount, and the guy didn't want to, we have to ask for a manager to do it, and he done the same with the lady in front of us. It was totally unnecessary the bad moment we had dealing with him. Probably not going back to the same store again."
