"Horrible air conditioning, roaches everywhere, hair everywhere, rats ripping the carpet, old people outside and smoking in poor conditions, the office person does not care about the apartments, the cops, fire department, and ambulance come up there about once a week, mold everywhere and is spreading everywhere. Just a horrible place to live in general. 1/5 stars, do not recommend moving there."

"They need badly remodeled. Mold is rampant! They have not had good upkeep at all. They are bug and mice infested and falling apart. It is sad. It used to be one of the better housing projects. It has been sold and resold. Families need good affordable housing and this place sadly is no longer a decent well kept place. To many people that have extra keys to access apartments. amPeople are afraid speak up about management .I feel sorry for anyone having to live there. Shady stuff goes on and it needs audited!"

"Great environment to be in, all due to new management! She's turned it around tremendously just in her short time here since she started and I can't wait to see what the future holds with her as our management because shes the best apartment manager I've ever experienced... And consistently experienced at that!"

"I have lived here almost 6 years. Following some poor choices of management there does seem to be a light at the end of the tunnel. Although some of the problems listed in other comments do still exist the new management brought in recently does seem professional and diligent in repairs etc. The trash runs biweekly now so the garbage is no longer running over or thrown around the dumpster area. Angie in the office is nice and professional as well as Bill who manages the maintenance. The drama has nearly stopped as they do not tolerate it, which is appreciated. I hope to see this community improve."

"Apartments desperately need upgrading. Old appliances, counters, and bathroom. There are NO ceiling lights in the living room or bedrooms, the windows are all old as are the doors. Bathrooms need upgrading as well. Whatever lawn company has been hired refuses to trim the bushes. The ones in front of this apartment look like an out of control mini jungle. Should we ever have to vacate via the windows, we would have to fight through shrubbery to get away from the building! The roach problem is still ongoing no matter how clean you keep things."
