"If I could give less, I would. Bed bugs tore me up in just two nights there. Roaches like it’s infested. I paid for a week, stayed 2 nights. In 3 weeks I Have not been able to get any part of a refund or any return call from the owner or managers. The front desk lady was pleasant and helpful, but could not help me with refund. Not her fault. The owner is to blame for this horrible experience. The bathtub gurgled up sewage, I killed 43 roaches while I was there and got tore up by bed bugs. Terrible terrible terrible. Zero stars. Same place as Royal Inn and Budget Inn and USA Inn"

"There were roaches everywhere, we were afraid to go to sleep because they were on the ceiling. They had mice, and when they were told about the bugs and mice we were told to go buy traps, and raid. Our microwave went out and we were never given another one. When you go to office if none is already there you will wait for 30 min or longer before anybody helps you. The owner cares nothing about his customers he only cares if his families rooms are clean and in good shape. DO NOT STAY HERE NO MATTER WHAT!!"

"Website says wheelchair access. What a joke. Roaches and bed bugs everywhere. The mattress was sunken in like a 1000 pound person lived on it. Furniture was ripped and stained. Remote did not work. There was no hot water at all. This place is a joke. I do not recommend this place for the homeless."
