"Stayed here on a work trip, so I wasn't familiar with the area at all. Adrianna H at the desk was so incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful! She told me all the best things to do in my off time, where to eat, and even gave me a list of all restaurants within 5 miles that came with her own recommendations. Additionally she was very open and we even chatted as if we had been friends for years! Thank you for your exceptional service Adrianna!"

"When we were checking in one our reservations couldn't be located. Adriana H. went the extra mile to help us figure out it was booked at the to the other location, due to my brother's error. She took the time to call that location and explain what happened. She treated us with respect and was so kind and caring. She made sure we were more than 100% satisfied. Every company needs an Adriana H. Working with them. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Great stay!!!!"

"The lobby smelt like wet dog when there are signs saying no animals allowed I didn't see any but it smelled like there were a few there .... the staff were very friendly and professional. House keeping and maintenance were friendly and respectful all in all good experience here for the weekend just hold your breath when walking through the lobby during the day. Night time your fine."
