"After calling the place to get a reservation I arrived To the front location! Woman at desk look like she was on drugs!! She also told me they could show me the room beforehand because I don't need any bugs in my bed! After I went back to the back after driving I'm snow 4 times clearly asked her clearly asked clearly asked the woman if sheI clearly asked the woman if she had any bugs! clearly asked the woman if she had any bugs Previously before calling they told me, I could come in and check out the room before coming in which I was totally happy with but when I got there it was a different story I smelled illegal substances outside Place looks vacant no wonder they don't have any business they are very rude and they are nothing but rip-offs looking for someone else to come in that they don't know that way they can take their money I'm sure that's why nobody's there very rude I will tell all my friends to never come back"

"This place looks fine on the surface, but they don't tell you upfront that you only have 10 mins before you can't get a refund. I asked them if they had any roach issues here and the front desk straight up lied and said she didn't have anything reported to her. I go in the room and as soon as I get out the shower a big pregnant roach is crawling towards my clothes I'm going to change into and goes into my pajamas. I complain and she says sorry nothing I can do like she didn't just lie to me saying there was no roach problem when clearly there is"

"I cannot even begin to describe the state of this hotel room. I have no idea how this entire place is still allowed to operate. The roaches alone should be enough, but that was just the tip of the iceberg. Exposed wires, lights not working, holes in the shower curtain, stains on literally every linen and that just scratches the surface. We asked for clean sheets to lay over the bed to sleep on it. This was a last minute booking and I clearly did not do any research. I cannot stress enough, do not stay here. If we weren’t too far from home, we would have left and missed the game tomorrow instead of staying."

"We reserved 2 rooms online from out of state over a week before we arrived. The price was very cheap. I was traveling with a few other people. We were looking for somewhere that was decent that we could afford. I will say that the man at the check in desk was kind to me when I arrived and checked in. When we arrived, we did not feel that it was very safe where we had to walk to get to our room. When we got into our room, we found stains on the curtains and bedspread, holes in the bedspread, paint peeling off the walls, no phone, stains in the toilet and tub. One of the children in our group said he saw roaches in the room they were in. My friend and I stayed on the phone for probably over an hour trying to find another room that was local and that we could afford that was both safe and clean. Unfortunately, there was a big game in the area so the rooms were very limited and the ones available were priced ridiculously high. Also, it was after 9 in the evening by this time. We thought we would not have a lot of choice but to stay here, even though one of the children was crying because he didn’t want to stay here. The lady and children went back to their room, pulled back the bedspread and saw on the sheets what appeared to be a large urine stained area on the sheets. We made the decision at that time to leave. I didn’t know if we would be able to get a refund or not. When we went to the front desk, the lady informed me that what I had signed at check in stated to check out the room and inform of any issues within 10 mins. I should have taken the time to read the fine print, this was my fault. We still left even knowing we would not receive a refund. The lady did offer to have housekeeping come to change the sheets. I would not recommend this hotel for a family."
