"Checked into this hotel hoping for a 'hole'-some experience during a snow storm that shut down the airport, and boy, did it deliver! The walls had more holes than Swiss cheese, providing excellent ventilation—perfect for sharing space with the rat family that seemed to have adopted the place. The bedding? Well, let's just say it added an extra crunch factor with surprise toppings of rat poop. The water damage on the furniture added a touch of aquatic ambiance, turning my stay into an unintentional spa experience where the curtains doubled as modern art, showcasing a vibrant palette of green mold. For a dazzling touch, the lighting is one simple LED light bar, gracefully adhered to the wall by the finest tape technology money can buy. Feeling fancy? Just don't touch anything, unless you're into avant-tape art exhibitions. Moldy curtains, tape chic – this place is a masterpiece for those who appreciate unconventional design... or have a strong immune system. Missing cabinet hardware on almost all furniture, grossness on the walls, floors, outlet covers, everywhere. Five stars for creativity in filth – would recommend to my mortal enemies!"

"Stay away from this hotel!! I had been stuck in Florida airports for 48 hours due to a winter storm and once I got back to Knoxville this was one of the only room available near the airport. We were in the middle of a winter storm and I arrived at 1AM absolutely exhausted. I left after 10 minutes of checking in. There wall were cracking and peelings, furtniture old and weathered, but I could have overlooked those. What I can't overlook is vomit splatted across the wall and roaches crawling over everything. In all the hotels I have ever checked into, this was the worst and the first I have left due to the state of the room. When trying to get a refund for the room I did not use, the hotel lied to expedia claiming I stayed there for two days (even though I was only registered for the night!). Dirty, bug-infested liers. Save you money and find another place."

"I booked a room For my 76 yo mother . The 1st room was filthy and had no light bulbs. They gave us a second room and it was just as bad with actual feces on the toilet. I went to the manager and asked for a refund he said yes just call where you booked through and we will issue. Upon 3 attempts without refund i was not offered any type of compensation or credit from either the hotel or expedia for allowing a motel like that to be booked through their site."

"Very nasty room. Awful smell bugs in bed bugs behind doors on the floors. Very outdated. Poor lighting Husband has cancer his immune system is down Could not stay under dirty circumstances. They would not refund money. Doesn’t deserve a star!!"
