"The name is weird but these guys are solid and set me up with a bolt drill-out and replacement from a factory mega over-torque one of the shock trunnion bolts on a Marin bike. I'd called ahead a few days before so that helped. Also scored some other gear while waiting and checked out some other Marin & Scott models I wasn't familiar with... easy access to Bent Creek and I'll add them to my quiver of bikeshop goto's easily.
