"We were standing near the jewelry counter and a lady named Pamela came up to us and offered to check us out to keep us from having to wait in line. We were using the scan and go so we were ok at the time. I wanted to say I REALLY appreciate her help. She was a great customer service representative.. I just wanted to call out her and tell her how much appreciate her help."

"I routinely get damaged cans shipped. Disappointing to pay $17 for a can of tuna and not be able to open it or not feel safe from bacteria introduced through damage. Going back repeatedly to the store to return or exchange defeats the purpose of paying extra to get food shipped to my home."

"Went to Sam's club today to shop for food. My mother accidentally charged $99 to her account when she wanted to pay for it with her debit card. We had to go to the Member services desk and there was 2 women at the counter. 1 was a pleasant lady dealing with a customer and 1 old grey haired lady on the phone. Once she was done with the phone, we went to her area as instructed. The lady misspoke and said she was putting all the items back on the account however, my mother spoke to her and said she didn't want that. The lady proceeded to pull her mask down and proceeded to give attitude to my mother, waving my mother's membership card in her face. She was extremely rude and completely changed the possitive energy in the room to a negative energy. To add insult to injury, Today is Veterans Day. Absolutely unacceptable! I love sams and will continue to shop their however, this won't be tolerated again."

"I was very happy with the selection. The place was very clean and organized. Most employees were very friendly. But like everything else, the prices just keep going up. But relatively, much lower than your local markets."

"We shop here quite often to purchase items for resale. They are well stocked with most of the things we need. Since COVID they have not had as much variety and that is very disappointing. We also use the SAMS.COM app to have items shipped to us. This has been a wonderful asset, because the club is located quite a distance from us. We always make sure to stop and have a slice of pizza and a drink before we leave. Their pizza is the best!"
