"Karina was excellent to work with. We had several transactions to take care of and she was very methodical, professional and helpful. We truly appreciated the time and patience she gave to us. Excellent customer service!"
"So I took my 1970s Rolex to Allen poem of Cherokee North Carolina to get it valued / opinion of the watch upon them evaluating it he gives me a list of reasons while my Rolex is not genuine he proceeded at some point to use a file only crown of my watch leaving a dramatic engraving in it return to my watch and told me he wasn't interested and he has looked at enough rolexes to know that it's not genuine I told him I would return with my certifications proving that my Rolex is real upon doing so the law was called out and had me trespassed from the store all I asked for without any trouble was how can we fix this and who will be held accountable for it considering he was the one that damaged it the part is $600 I was willing to let them Allen's fixed the problem. I was directed to contact Alan's of Asheville considering they are the main store. I finally made time I went to Allen's on Patton avenue with a friend that needed to make a payment on some layaway while I was there I was addressing the situation and asked if I could have a jeweler take a look at my watch and tell me what they think she did so and took me to a manager (light skin African American male) that is under educated and does not need to hold that title considering he has a problem working with the public (that's my opinion)he did not want to hear me out not one bit would not even give me his name and asked me to leave his store once I had told him to situation and walked off from the counter. Also giving me a list of reasons why he thought my watch was fake even stating the band says Milano and not Rolex but a few minutes on Google he could have been educated. I say all of this because their actions make this seem complete malice. And leave no other option other than a civil suite they know/expect most won't because they can't afford too. Just so happens I got friends In high middle and low places."
"Jonathan helped us and he was very kind and informative. He went above and beyond and I appreciated that very much. Others inside the store could learn a few things about being kind from him, the manager wasn’t as kind and was rude to other employees."
"This was my first experience selling something at a pawn shop. I sold them a wedding band with diamonds around the band. Even though a diamond had fallen out of it, they still worked with me, gave me a fair price, and were extremely helpful. Dana and Jimmy took good care of me. I appreciate all they did to make it easy on me."
"Had a pretty good experience ,this was my first time being in this pawn shop . I came in looking for binoculars and found a great pair at a great price, the man that helped we was patient with me and helped me with several items in the store. I can not remember his name but I ended up purchasing $300 binoculars with soft case for around $130 from this store. I don't go to pawn shops often but I'd probably be back more often to see what deals they continue to have. Thank you guys for all your help and being professional keep up the good work."
