"We stayed in a room with a king size bed. Room was a normal hotel room, nothing fancy. It was OK. Something cheap while traveling. We couldn't get the heat to work and it was in the middle of the winter so it was freezing and we called and they sent someone over right away so we didn't have to wait long which was very nice and they showed us how to turn the heat on because it was hard to read it but the maintenance guy was very friendly. It is a pet friendly hotel. We did have our 2 little beagle dogs. They charged us 30 per dog so as of a total of 60. Overall it was decent if your looking for something cheap and not too fancy. They did have an outside pool but of course it wasn't open because it was winter."

"Genuinely feared bed bugs. Non smoking room reeked of cigarettes. The floor was grimey. Broken down vehicles packed full of stuff all over the parking lot. Burnt holes in comforter. Truly disgusting. Do not recommend."

"I would like to point out a few details about this wretched place from my previous stay there. Their free breakfast consists of cheap stale honeybuns along with granola bars and mini cups of yogurt. The coffee machine in their lobby area did not work, no vending machines, no washer/dryer. The wifi there is terrible, it kept kicking me off the Internet each time I tried watching a movie on my laptop(since forget watching motel cable TV). Also the beds there felt like I was laying on a brick."

"My first night there I was chewed alive by bed bugs, had over 15 bites all over me. Had to switch rooms at 2am. The owner basically acted like he didn't care at all. Was supposed to discount both nights I stayed 50% but didn't. The staff here was clueless on rates and anything you'd ask for it never happened. Don't stay here and stay out if room 109 BEDBUGS!! "If I could give this review negative stars, I would. I booked this place in a pinch, literally the day of check in because my son was playing in a baseball tournament in Pigeon Forge; fortunately, he stayed with a teammate. This was absolutely the WORST place I have ever stayed, not to mention dirtiest, too. The room was filthy. There were bugs coming out of the drain, the coffee maker was missing a pot, and the room did not have a blow dryer as stated in the description. And, the phone did not work at all, not even a dial tone. I would love to say that was the worst of it, but sadly that's not the case. This place had BEDBUGS! I called the hotel to speak with the manager, because I was absolutely not staying there any longer after finding the dreaded bedbugs (the morning of checkout). The manager NEVER called me back. I reached out to Wyndham customer service and filed a complaint. The GM only offered a 30% refund, to which I responded is not sufficient for the bedbug mitigation I had to do upon arriving home (I requested a full refund, also requested to cancel and get a refund after seeing the condition of the room). The GM proceeded to more or less call me a liar, because they have a "Pest Control report on the customer care site", and I can call them to verify the report. I know what I saw, and I know that my high-school aged daughter was eaten up by bedbugs and is now terrified to stay in any hotel. The person working the front desk was dismissive, and not helpful. This was a terrible experience, and I hope this review will help someone else avoid such a terrible, traumatizing experience."
