"Renovations have been made to room with nice touches. Choice Hotels has some of the most comfortable mattresses, pillows and bed linens. The window treatments were hard to operate with remote. And my phone and microphone didn’t work. But Vicky at the front desk was very helpful. Also hotel is next for to Crackel Barrel and several fast food places including Starbucks nearby."

"I don't have enough space to fill in my experience at Comfort Inn &Suites so let me just state the facts. I WILL NEVER STAY ANYWAHERE ELSE. The night clerk Cody was professional, accommodating and went out of his way to to see that I got everything I need. The day clerk Linda was exactly the same, pleasant, professional and on the lookout to help any guest. Even housekeeping was amazing. The staff truly go over and above to help their guests and make your stay and your life a little easier. 10 STARS to all the staff. Amazing!!!!"

"The elevators and some of the hallway looked very dirty which for me is a turn off. The first room they put us in had a loud rattling a/c, cleaning spray bottle left behind and some piece of foam rubber sitting on the carpet. I complained and we were put in another room which was fine. It’s ok but I would spend more than $60 for a room. The desk clerk, Vicky, was helpful and cheerful."
