"I recently stayed here for the weekend and let’s just say I won’t stay here again. I booked a smoking room and a oon as I arrived I notice roaches crawling on the walls, the sink had drain problems, the bedsheets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the bathtub had a dirty ring around the tub, the refrigerator had roaches inside of it along with mold, the floors were dirty. I asked the manager if i could change rooms since my room had so many problems they said to change rooms I would have to pay a full price for a different room I quickly turn him down because why do I have to pay when it was like this when I came to check in? He was so very rude when I turn down paying for a room he said “don’t come back to the front desk complaining about your room again”. And they charge for every little thing you ask for when it’s suppose to come with the room."

"We enjoyed our one-night stay at this Best Western. The rooms were clean and well lit. The parking lot was secure. The location makes for easy access from the interstate. The complimentary breakfast is sufficient to get you going for another day of driving."

"The room smelt awful. The linens were clean but dingy. Also, there appeared to be spots of blood on the mattress pad and bedspread. Breakfast was delicious and delightful. Fresh fruit would have been nice. But the lady running breakfast made the stay O.K.."

"We were traveling with a tiny camper and needed a room with air conditioning after an unseasonably hot night. The person at the desk was helpful. The room was just clean enough. The pool was sparkling clean and the water temperature was perfect. The shower had a good spray and bath towels were extra large and thick. Then we got neighbors, and one of them kept yelling at the other person for about 15 minutes every hour until about 3 AM. We could hear every obscenity. Fortunately no firearms got used, as the walls didn't even block noise and would definitely not stop a bullet. Earlier in the evening we had seen lots of working men with company logos on their trucks. They looked rough after working in the hot sun all day, but they didn't bother us. But I think a different clientele comes in during the hours from 11 to 3. Doors opened and closed around us all night. My husband looked at the breakfast and said the cereal we had with us would be better. We stopped here because we know the Best Western brand as a chain of older, formerly flagship properties. Sure Stay is not the Best Western experience. The owners are no doubt doing the best they can with what they have, and there is a need for this type of lodging, but now that we've tried Sure Stay, we know it's not for us."
