"Roaches (pic). I asked to have them change my room, and was refused. I also asked them refund my night, and was refused. Others complained about roaches in recent reviews, but issue not resolved. Somebody without a key was loitering by the front desk. Staff did not have them leave, as I requested, before telling me to enter the front desk area to discuss the roach issue. It was unsafe. Consider if staying here is worth saving a few dollars. In the future, I will heed the reviews more closely."

"This place use to be a good place to stay ,but now it's terrible. The bathtub faucet was coming out the wall they have roaches, they charge for wash cloth and towels, poor house keeping. There was only one Nice, Respectful , lady at front desk. Everyone else was rude poor customer service skills even the manager.. price paid was too much to pay for the experience I had. Refrigerator busted up."
