"The staff are wonderful. As helpful as they can be. This was to be a long term stay for me. Due to their construction, I was told for 3 weeks they were going to move me. They didn't, until the afternoon I was doing paperwork & phone calls for work, and the jack hammer upstairs started! I was moved then. Newly refurbished room. Nice enough, could have used a dusting from the construction. Still too noisy left the following day. I travel extensively. Hilton is my go to. This was very disappointing, because it could have been handled sooo much better. I expected as much due to the constant conversation with the front desk team. Guess they weren't in charge of moving people... My field is construction & I understand how time lines get messed up. But somebody dropped the ball."

"The hotel was fine. The location worked as it was close to the airport and other amenities. The sofa lost its structure so sitting on it you sank pretty far to the ground which was surprising. There was a lot of construction going on in the hotel. Loud sounds coming from adjacent rooms. The breakfast looked good but wasn't hot so it lost its luster."

"Nice rooms. Comfortable and has a kitchen. The beds are comfortable, and the service is great. The only thing I didn't hear about is their housekeeping rules. Every other day. If you're there for an extended stay, ask about their housekeeping policy."

"The bathtub was less than clean when we checked in! The rooms are dated and need to be updated! BUT! The hotel service was great. The breakfast was very good and the food selections were great!"

"4 stars for the front desk service - during my stay, check-in was easy but they could not offer late checkout (1st time this happened) nothing staff could do about it due to some event... Ms. Shonda or Wanda at the front desk was personable and very helpful before my flight. 3 stars for the rooms - they're very outdated and just aren't as clean looking as other locations. Not having clean, and updated rooms is enough for us not to come back."
