"We booked a room with the plan to stay there and leave our car parked there while we were on a trip, which is what the website said. When we arrived to checkin, we were told they don't allow trip parking. We will not patronize Slerp Inn RDU again."

"I was scheduled for a overnight at the sleep inn 12/6-12/7 but I fell really sick and tried to extend my stay for when I was felling better. The manager talked to me like I was stupid. He also sent me around in circles having me call choice privileges which I am a platinum member. So needless to say....I was not able to extend or get a refund. I thought being a choice privileged member would provide certain benefits but I also noticed that each time I move up a status....I end up paying more. If you are considering becoming a privileged member...you may wanna try another hotel rewards program. I am considering it myself!"

"First off, I get on the elevator and when it reach to my floor on the 2 level, it was a hard stop like it was going to break down. Then went into the room and the light switch at the door didn’t work so you had to find your way to the desk to turn on the light from the desk lamp. The nightstand light didn’t work because you have to find figure out why and plug the light to turn on and off. Going to take a shower and the light above the shower doesn’t work, plus there were no shampoo or conditioner for you. In the morning for breakfast, the milk is room temp because it has been sitting out the whole time, the orange juice taste like water down juice. They have hot water but then said they don’t have tea. Overall, this was the worst experience."

"I am not one to w write bad review but this was an awful experience. The whole hotel smelled like mildew. My room was humid and musty smelling. The bedding was grungy and my sheets had blood stains. As if that was not bad enough THERE WAS BLOOD SPATTER ON MULTIPLE WALLS. I regret not taking a picture. The flooring the bathroom was cracked with missing piece. I stayed in room 309 for reference. I had to ask the front desk for shampoo/conditioner and was told they only had shampoo. I arrived late and it was only for a night with an early check out so I did not bother to ask for a different room but I would never stay here again."

"The location of the hotel is right off the highway. The entrance to the hotel was clean and the front desk attendant was pleasant. The room was clean and spacious and the bed had fresh linen. The only concern was the vending machines on the 3rd floor. They did not work and when expressed to the owners they shrugged it off. Not too sure if they put an out of order sign on it or not. But All in All I would just buy my own food and take it to the room next time. Also they provided coffee in the mornings."
