"Shower heads pulled from the wall..slim on back of bathroom door. Dust filled ac filters..bad for allergy person.. Owners and management are the only ones you should deal with..they are the only reason I gave a 3 star..more to this story I can't say....not staying here again ,still fighting neck pain from springy mattress."

"Let's start with our 1st room, 200. It's was starting off great. Had a trash can in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. Ok. We stayed in that room 1 night, and my husband got bit by, we assumed it was fleas or bed bugs ONLY on the sofa. The front desk said to call them, but the phone wasn't even plugged in, and when I plugged it in, it still didn't work. So we got switched to the 2nd room, which was a lot better. Just no trash can in the bathroom. I went to the front desk, and they said they'd have maintenance go and give me one. 3 days passed, and I never got it. Room service would go by about 11 a.m., usually a hit or miss if they knocked on your door. The breakfast attendant and front desk were nice, friendly, and helpful. P.S. in the details section it says they have laundry room. They do not."

"Decent breakfast and clean lobby. Rooms were not clean, Dirty wash clothes behind the chair with trash, filthy corners and anywhere a broom can't sweep. Beds were not bad but small for tall people. Should be a 1 star motel not a comfort inn. The door gap is crazy big removing all security from the lock. Definitely made the kids wear shoes on the gross carpet."
