"as a military family we were treated like royatly the rooms however, it was a flicking dive the bed springs creaked on every move and the room was full of mold. the ceiling patch job looked like it was done by a six year old. the room needs completely gutted. the phone apparently was just for show no dial tone cord was obviously chewed up"

"I was hoping this would be a decent experience given the situation I faced prior to coming to this hotel, but sadly I was let down. I’ll start by saying the customer service is very mediocre, they don’t go above & beyond, it’s almost as if they’re just doing a job here. This was one of the most degrading experiences I’ve ever faced. Carla, the manager, was initially respectful and decent, just enough I suppose. I stayed one night there before she suggested I switched hotels due to false information. The night I stayed, I didn’t leave my room unless I left the premises, but was informed that after I was prepared to rebook my room, I had 30 minutes to leave before the front desk representative was ordered to call the police. Mind you, I spoke to Carla before she clocked out, and nothing was brought to my attention, especially the false accusations. Honestly, that wasn’t at all professional, it was distasteful, and once again, degrading. Please do better, because I complied with the team the entire time, was respectful, and did exactly what I was told ."

"Expedia did this!! My original reservation was for another hotel but they didnt honor my reservation. They overbooked and booted several people. Expedia sent me here. Front desk was kind, but I didn't stay the night. Room 323 has roaches. Baby roaches crawling all over the place. Floor was not swept or mopped. There was a dead roach underneath the bed. Upon entrance it looked ok, but once i got ready to relax, roaches were everywhere. So i checked out."

"I just want to say this location was amazing to me and my kids, while waiting for my home to get renovated the staff was amazing and anything i needed they were there! The price alongside my Rewards account made the price a very reasonable, affordable price. I love them and would definitely recommend them. The manager is a complete sweetheart too!"

"Very simple but comfortable hotel. The king bed was firm, and they provided 4 pillows. The room was clean, and the AC and mini fridge worked well. The water in the shower gets to a comfortable but not impressively hot temp, and the controls were stiff so adjusting wasn't the easiest thing in the world. We needed one thing delivered to the room and it arrived in under 5 minutes. Also, despite being on a main road, the room was fairly quiet once the door was shut and the curtains closed. For food convenience there is a Mexican restaurant and a Waffle House within easy walking distance."
