"We stayed here the week of Christmas. The hotel is in a very convenient place, the room was good & clean. Ms. Scottie ( I believe was her name) & the other lady working nights were super nice! We couldn’t have been happier."

"This is our first time staying here and we love this place! Everyone is so nice and friendly from the front desk to housekeeping, you can tell that they work well together buy the way they talk to each other and the results are plain to see. This place in ran the right way supper clean, well maintained, unbeatable location with great rates. Ther is one more thing that was the crown Jewel for me it was the way that a front desk worker talked so highly of the owners and how well they treat the workers and how this is a family owned business, so I know who will be getting my business in the future."

"First time staying there last week on a girl's trip and plan on staying again. Excellent location, updated rooms, comfy beds, nice staff. The only thing I did not like was the no smoking on property at all, not even in parking lot. Must walk to the sidewalks to smoke, which is just a few steps away so I would suggest asking for a bottom floor room if you happen to be a smoker."

"Nice motel in a great location. We had an updated room on the first floor. Room was very clean, beds were firm but comfortable, room had plenty of space and had an extra sink outside of the bathroom which was nice to have. We were able to walk to all the attractions and didn't have to hassle with traffic or parking. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Gatlinburg in the future."

"Had a good view from our room. It is a non smoking motel. But wasn't far to get off property and have a smoke. Pool was well taken care of, and they also have a hot tub. Rooms were cleaned daily, loved this place. Will be booking again."
