"Advertised as dog friendly and they’re NOT literally received threats under my door about the dogs. The entire hotel smells of cigarettes and they’re bugs everywhere in the bathroom. Don’t waste your money here"

"Customer service is above and beyond! Extremely friendly staff!! This hotel may have a bit dated utilities but for the price point it stands out tremendously. I have read many reviews of peoples negative experience but I find that to be of a perspective that could be considered pompous in a sense. The rooms are the size of a small apartment with ALL the same amenities and I searched for insects and issues and in my case found none. Highest quality personally I found was the people who work this location as they were so kind and catering. The complaints I read before booking were things that were just petty and picky to be honest. Individuals who want 12 star quality out of a 2 star hotel are just selfish and shallow. I will absolutely come back here again and would recommend this to anyone who wanted to stay here. I had never heard of sonesta suites prior to this stay and was well introduced! 10/10 for me."

"The hotel looked nice on the outside, and the inside was different. Our kitchenette had dirty silverware. I am glad I checked. The water didn't even get hot. I'm glad I took my shower before we left, I clawed all night probably from having to leave the window open because when we turned the A/C on it sounded like it was going to fly off the wall. The refrigerator made noise all night. Every time ice fell, we woke up. No breakfast, and who wants to cook on vacation. They don't do wake-up calls. I felt like I was staying in a hotel where women picked up men. We went to our room, and a guy was knocking at some ladies' door to go in. There are resistance that live there. They should put all on the same floor."

"Came here for a month-long business trip. Enjoyed my stay with my cat very much here. Most of the staff members are super friendly, especially Mr. Jonathan M., who went above and beyond to help me out in an urgent situation early in the morning at 5:20 AM. Such a life saver! The cleaning service at this place was also awesome. The gentleman cleaned literally everything thoroughly, making it feel very comfortable to stay. Will definitely return to this place for future visits."

"The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in! First of all, there was a big humidifier on the ground and the room smelt like pure mold! Secondly, it’s a dog friendly hotel and there were FLEAS in my bed!! The room is outdated, has no USB ports for chargers. The kitchen was disgusting. The cleaner was an older man who was taking the bathroom trash out with his bare hands (no gloves on at all). I got a skin infection that I think was probably from a bed bug or whatever was growing on the sheets. I highly recommend you run the other direction from this hotel! Oh! Forgot the tenants in that hotel! That’s a whole other story!"
