"It's not always easy to find help. Delivery always gets messed up. They do have a great contractor rewards program that saves me tons of money with 5% off at the register, then money back off my Amex in gift cards, then more gift cards from Lowes MVP, then more rewards from Lowes like free tools after you spend so much. "Went in to buy a water heater element today. Wasn't quite sure which one to get, but after the employee whom I was told was "the plumber pro" (I think his name was Mark but that may not be correct) helped me I got just what I came for and needed, plus good advice! He gave me some pointers on getting the calcium (from well water) out of my water heater tank and other helpful ways of dealing with well water including how and where I can go to get it tested. All of the employees were so friendly and helpful, and we didn't pass even one employee without being asked if we needed help."
