"If it weren't for the food coming prepackaged i would’ve given them 1 star for that too. I got 2 dine in nugget meals with no sauce, no cups for drinks, no receipt. The 10 pc spicy nugget I ordered for myself wasn’t even spicy, they were regular nuggets. Currently there is a song playing in the speakers called “Needs” by Verzache…look up the lyrics, no words were censored.. Everyone throws you ugly looks and stares you down. The bathrooms are third world disgusting. This place is thoroughly ghetto and I’m not bringing my 4 year old back here. My daughter and I were gonna buy ice cream after our meals but we’ll leave instead. This is why we stay closer to Farragut."

"Never in my past experience have I enjoyed so much joy going through a McDonald's drive-thru. The manager Brian was taking orders and he was cracking jokes the whole time couldn't help but smile and I went to go give him a tip and he told me he just put in the donation box.We need more people like Brain!!!Super wholesome!!!"

"I used to PRAISE this location for the amazing service but this is just getting ridiculous. every day, we come and get breakfast and EVERY DAY they always forget something out of our bag and i have to go back in. i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but today was ridiculous. i waited in curbside for 30 minutes before i finally went inside to see what the issue was. they were bringing my order out as i was coming in so i go back to my car and check the bags and there was yet another thing missing. i go inside and stand at the counter for another 10 minutes saying “excuse me” and being ignored until finally someone came over and got what was missing for me. i then get home and all of my food is rock solid and i had to PUT IT IN THE MICROWAVE straight from the store. i live not even 10 minutes away. so much for “fresh” breakfast huh? then i take the wrapper off and there is a piece of paper that is literally glued to my bagel. this is ridiculous."
