"Bought some items on their website that were sold by another merchant (dailyhaute). Turned out, those items could not be returned/exchanged at Belk store. When contacted the merchant, they informed me that I have to pay for shipping. The issue is that it was NOT disclosed anywhere on Belk's website. I would not shop there anymore due to their deceiving practices."

"Five star is for great customer service at Fragrance department. Este Lauder clerk I wish I got his name but do have his associates id# 014699 hope he can get recognized for outstanding customer service. I had exchange and had to come back for 2nd time he took his time and went above and beyond to help me out. Very professional!"

"This location is disorganized and lacks items comparable to the West Town Mall location. It often looks like a clearance center rather than a thriving department store. This location has missed an opportunity as their products and neatness often make it clear that West Town is a better option."

"I ride by this place often because I live close. Just moved to the area in December. I wondered why there are very few cars there everytime I pass this store. So I went in. Now I understand. I was dressed in suit and tie. Walked all around store. 2 women working there never spoke or acknowledged me being there. After 15 minutes, I left. No one else was in the store. I will drive farther to by my jeans, suits, shirts, pants, and everything else I need."
