They also provide printed step by step instructions on how and when to add the chemicals. The water testing and instruction is free if you buy their chemicals. Also, they will not over sell their products. They make suggestions but will openly and honestly tell you what is optional and most necessary. They make keeping your pool water crystal clear simple.
