"one thing i am known for is "loving Ace" and this Ace in particular has everything i want from my local hardware store. Last year a man who works there whose name I forget drew me a diagram when i was replacing some slip joint nuts and washers for the kitchen sink. i keep it there for reference. that kindness and helpfulness isn't rare here! hardware stores are often the place you frustratedly go 5 times in a day and they make it enjoyable :) and the popcorn maker is usually in action!!"
