They gave us great information about the hardware, soft close hinges, paint color, molding choices and more. Berto the carpenter was very pleasant, knowledgeable and trustworthy which we appreciated. He also kept the kitchen as clean as possible during the installation. We are extremely pleased with how the cabinets turned out and the quality of the work! "There seems to be a pattern or MO when they lose interest. No response or follow up. We are looking to get a kitchen upgrade. Cabinet upgrade, counter tops, back splash, new sink etc. Warren came out about a week before Thanksgiving. Went over all the details. He seemed professional and knowledgeable. Also seemed confident that he could handle all aspects of the job. Said he would have an estimate for us the next day. Well not sure what the problem was but no response as of two weeks later. If the job is not right for you, whether it's too small, too big, or too busy, not enough profit, etc. Whatever it is at least have the courtesy or professionalism to communicate so. All our time is valuable and if a job is not right for you then say so and we all will move on. No worries."
