"Horrible experience. Delivered the windows but never delivered the coil rims - supposedly lost by the LOWES truck driver. And it is my fault and my problem, according to LOWES. Store would not take responsibility and store manager would never pick up the phone. If you go to the store, he/she cannot be reached. No one takes responsibility. In the end, I have windows of one color and outside coil of different color. LOWES store will always shift the blame to installers and other teams and make you go from one phone call to another without resolving it. You will have no choice but surrender to fate. NEVER AGAIN!!"

"We don’t usually shop at this Lowe’s store as we live in Matthews and shop at that one. We came here because they had the bathroom vanity we wanted in stock. The store is super clean with nice helpful staff. The only thing is there was NO cash registers open with people ringing you up. They only had self serve registers. I will say there is staff there to help you. People in line were complaining about that and I do think they are taking away from the home feel with no people working the registers. Any event, we would definitely shop at this store again and our puppy loved visiting and seeing all the holiday decorations."

"Lowe's is such a wonderful and inspiring place to acquire goods and services. I recently bought three pallets of Naturescape mulch, of which I used to finish a large section of my yard. Things turned out wonderful. The delivery man arrived on time and was very professional. I highly recommend shopping at your local Lowe's store. They're worth it."
