"Wanted to look at a Steelcase Gesture chair for my office at work. OE is the only authorized Steelcase dealer in Charlotte. But they do not allow walk-ins, and when I called to make an appointment, I was told they do not sell to the public, and would not be able to sell me a chair. Not helpful at all to small businesses."
