"For over a month now, every first two days of the week, I am told by the shipping company that this warehouse is going to deliver to me every Monday, has me confirm my delivery, and then when I don’t receive my time widow text I call, and they tell me it’s been moved to Tuesday, the past 3 weeks I have said well I’ve been told all the other times that they ONLY DELIVER TO MY AREA ONCE A WEEK and then EVERY time they ASSURE ME I am going to get my furniture the next day and “confirm” my delivery for me and it never comes. This last time I was assured there was communication with the warehouse manager and I was going to receive my full order, confirmed my order, here I am at past the 9pm window and calling, for them to YET AGAIN tell me they have pushed my delivery date to Tuesday. Please I just want someone to call me, I will pick it up myself, I just really really want my order, and would really appreciate a manager contacting me to help me through this matter."
