"Bought my Bull Brahma BBQ from FOL and love it! It cooks just like advertised. FOL delivered and assembled the unit as promised and hauled away the boxes. They accidentally left the wrong cover and I initially had a bit of a challenge getting the salesman to call me back. However, Jay (who handles the delivery setup) got Andre (General Manager) involved and they promptly swapped out the right cover. Very happy with everything after Jay and Andre made everything right. I recommend this store."

"For our first major home project, Fun Outdoor Living turned a nervous purchase into a five-star experience. Our new patio with a fireplace and roof extension came out above and beyond our initial expectations. Communication throughout the project was stellar with text notifications of when contractors would arrive, inquiries about small project scope changes answered by the project manager quickly and clearly if extra costs would be incurred, and an online portal which made document signings, project schedule, billing deadlines, etc. perfectly clear and easy. This team truly prioritized our vision and complimented it with their project management experience. I highly recommend working with Fun Outdoor Living, and there is no question where we will go for future home projects!"

"Buyers beware! There is absolutely a bait and switch situation going on here. When buying the hot tub, everything goes great. They are super helpful, and overly friendly. That is where the helpfulness, friendliness, and professionalism stop. They pretty much drop the hot tub, leave, and then it all ends. If you are a first time hot tub owner like we were, we had no idea what to do next. They offer to talk to you on the phone, or text, but that doesn't even happen. The communication takes days at a time between answers. My wife personally went to the store thinking they would help, but that didn't get us anywhere either. We ended up hiring a different company to come get our water right, just to find out one of the parts we had gotten here wasn't even working right. When my wife called about that, someone in management just raised his voice, and became defensive. We spent almost $14,000 - to be treated horrible. If you are an experienced hot tub owner, you likely would be fine. However, if this is your first purchase, don't make the mistake of making it here, like we did. Edit to add, after posting this Google review, I also got a text from Andre, that he would be sending me to his attorney, for leaving a Google review. This has to be the most unprofessional company I have ever heard of."

What started out as a new hot tub purchase turned into an incredible new hardscape patio and no-maintenance screened porch. We couldn't be happier. Let's start with Ken in the showroom. He was a wealth of knowledge and guided us along the way from purchase to set up of the hot tub. Shout out to Zane for helping us design our new patio and porch. Being able to see things in advance with the digital design tools was really helpful.
