He invited me to come in the store's showroom. A bad experience was turnrd into an amazing shopping experience and a sale saved. He first apologized very professionally eith sincerity. He asked questions to get an understanding of my sleep need before recommending a mattress. He found a mattress that meet and exceeded my expectations. It costed a little more, however, well worth it. Noah took ownership of a problem that was not related to his store and turned it into a happy resolution. "Noah and Nolan are phenomenal. I ordered my mattress online(which I don’t recommend) and the whole thing was frustrating. It was impossible to get anyone from the “online side” to respond. Noah and Nolan were able to answer my questions and schedule my mattress for delivery…my mattress had been on back order and no one let me know. These guys were able to accomplish what the online service could not-they made the customer happy. These guys deserve raises!"
