"Poor customer service, and rude. I’d never been in the store before, the window was beautiful so I walked in. Found some bright green ribbon, unfortunately it did not match with my decor. Went to return a week later, was very rudely told they do no accept Christmas item returns. The ribbon I bought was interior ribbon plain bright green, could be used for any season. I mentioned I was not told I couldn’t make a return that’s considered Christmas related. The cashier didn’t even look up at me and pointed to the sign. It’s not even December yet, everyone is still buying “Christmas” items. Absolutely no effort in welcoming/polite customer service. Disappointing considering the store actually has nice merchandise that I would buy."

"I have accumulated about 2 years of less than stellar experiences at this place and today I had enough... we’ve bought so much from here and endured their classist, nasty attitudes at every juncture because the pieces are honestly quite nice. However, today we tried to exchange a $65 candle in the shape of a Christmas ornament that was improperly wrapped at the store. Unfortunately, it was broken upon arrival back at our home 5 minutes away and we asked if there was anything they could do. The attitude of the person running the store today, who I believe was shockingly the OWNER, was appalling. Nope, they’re not doing anything and had zero sympathy for us about their own mistake. I get we all have bad days, but this was inexcusable. Especially since this was about the 10th time they’ve been rude or unaccommodating. I will gladly drive hours to Raleigh, Winston, Charleston, wherever with a smile on my face to avoid doing business with this place again."

"Absolutely appalled at how I was treated. I came in to exchange a candle that my boss purchased. The candle was wrapped extremely poorly in 1ft sheet of bubble wrap. To absolutely no one’s surprise, the candle cracked in pieces on the way home, not even 5 minutes into the drive. When I came in I politely told her what happened, and the owner has the audacity to be rude to be for a problem that one of her employees caused. When I told her my boss is a repeat customer, and has spent 30,000$ in her store - she looked him up , gave me a condescending look, and said “we’ll he’s only spent $17,000…” OKAY???? Spreading the word to designers, and friends in the Myers park area, explaining how they treat LOYAL customers, but judging from other reviews, I probably don’t have to. Will not be returning. Word gets arounds fast - won’t be surprised if they have to close soon"

"—-STAY AWAY-— Absolutely appalled at how my husband and I were treated, the level of rudeness is wayyy extra. Not sure who these people think they are! You’d think they would want to sell their exorbitantly priced furniture by providing excellent customer service, not treat you like dirt. I strongly suggest that you avoid this place like covid fam!"

"Have been here over a dozen times. Love the selections! Because they often rotate inventory, each visit is fun. Of course, this is SUBJECTIVE with interior design. Some may prefer a different style. But this place has high quality items, and anything you don't see on the floor, their sales people or their interior design consultant staff can help you find an alternative. They have miles of catalogs at their disposal for everything you could possibly want- and an entire dedicated upholstery selection room! Also, they have a PACKED showroom, with many nooks where you can get ideas. Personally, I just buy the contents of a nook. (In response to a recent negative review - there have been times when I am asked if I have any questions by sales people. Other times when they're busy and don't overtly ask me if I want help, which I prefer. This is NO reason to take it personally and write a negative review. They have NEVER denied me help when I asked for it. Love them here and I will return. They are very helpful and considerate."
