She left us alone to discuss our pros & cons while she served other customers which was fine with us. We chose four chairs then worked down to one choice to buy. She didn’t rush us or push a decision. Process took us about 90 minutes. We bought chair that wasn’t in stock but will be in four weeks. We are owners of two Lazy Boy chairs that we’ve owned for 40 years. Still working, we gave them to our son."

"I purchased a dining room table and chairs from La-Z Boy in December 2021 with a delivery date of January 2022. The sale man bragged the furniture quality at La-Z Boy and how it last for years. Keep in mind, they had to replace one of chairs because it was damaged. Fast forward to January 2023,I didn't think, 13 months later, I would have to replace one of the chairs because the back split. I submitted a claim only to find out I would have to pay $340.00 for parts, delivery and service call. Keep in mind, the chair cost $380.00. I spoke with Tiffany in service on February 14th, and she was extremely nasty to the point she hung up on me. I called back on February 15th and spoke with Ashley in service. The price she quoted me was $100.00 more than Tiffany; reason for the increase is La-Z-Boy charges $198.00 for a technician to come to your house and repair the damage furniture. When asked how much would it cost to bring the chair to La-Z-Boy, Ashley stated $99.00. I am extremely disappointed with La-Z-Boy because quality of furniture I received was not what I expected based on the sale man's speech. Is La-Z-Boy only guaranteeing their furniture for 13 months? I would never purchase anything from La-Z-Boy or recommend this company to friends, family or associates. If you are in the business of replacing your furniture at 13 months, go to La-Z-Boy; however if you want quality furniture, that will last go somewhere else."
